I was on my way back to the east coast from California. On a washboard-like section of old Rt 66 the front fork of my '02 Heritage Softail broke. I was able to nurse it to this dealer for repair. With no appointment and in a truly stranded position, my bike was repaired in three hours and back on the road for a VERY reasonable charge! All Harley dealers should be like this one! GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU!!!

This is another one of those stories. Tired long distance Harley rider doing 2400 miles on a sidecar rig with a tight schedule to keep to go back to work. Breakdown in the middle of nowhere in the dead of night. Coyotes howl for creepy effect. Truly. 6% left on backup cell phone for desperate call to AAA. Smiling wrecker driver in a jiffy. Yes, I can take you all the way to San Diego. No, thanks, but are there no good guys in Kingman? Yes, sir. And so there were. First bike in for a look-see at opening time. Old fashioned jake-leg fixing to get it back on the road as the part is rarely needed or stocked and would take too long. Solid fix that got me thorough the width and length of the red-hot Mojave desert and home to loving family and two indifferent but tolerable cats. Now that is a Harley-Dealer-When-You-REALLY-Need-Em success story. Thank you, guys.

Laughlin River Run 2017. My street Glide broke down and was towed to their dealership. Dean in the service department took real good care of me. They were able to get my bike in and looked at quick. Dean not only told me what was wrong but what would fix it and what would properly fix it. Gave us the choice. I can not say how grateful we are for their fast service.

These guys are great for hosting the Kactus Kilo event at their dealership. Special mention to Christina, who went above and beyond in her labors of organization, withe all the food, tables and chairs, and just all-around good humor, handling all of us nutty riders!! Thanks again..

Excellent Dealership. Made me feel like a local, while they repaired my bike over 2 1/4 days. Highly recommend them. They loaded my bike in a Penske truck for hauling back to my dealership. I contracted Pneumonia, therefore I couldn't ride back. Became sick on second day there. My service technician stated that they did an outstanding job when I had them unload my bike at my Dealership.

Cooper is fine. Beau is divine...and now I want delivery to tool the terrain. With only a 2.99% interest rate and by putting nearly half down on my new Polaris RzR 570 2017! They need to build it and then I have it. I am looking forward to a toy. My brothers have Harley's and now I'll have my toy! It took 60 years, but I got it..

I've got to say I am more than pleased with service repair I received on my 2012 GL1800 Goldwing!

I bought the bike from a PP out of state. Got a great deal; but found a couple issues with the bike. The icom had been disconnected in front, and some spliced in wiring in the left pocket area. The front fork bracket was so loose the forks rode up way too far. Michael and the service tech and service manager went the extra mile to trace out and resolve both issues.

I own a lot of motorcycles and just moved to Lake Havasu. I visited this dealership for the first time yesterday. Very attractive facility with plenty of merchandise and bikes, and plenty of personal attention. Then they followed up this morning with a satisfaction survey. So far, five stars! They are to pick up one of my CVOs Monday for an out-of-warranty repair to the central locking system, I'll review that experience separately.

OMG! These guys are awesome! We were headed to Mother Road with some friends and then I realized one of our bikes in the back was missing! So we pulled over and my husband rode to the next exit and went back to find them! Anyway 10mins went by and I went on line and it said Mother road closed in 35mins so we high tailed it and pulled in just as they were closing and I said bummer guess we will have to come back another day! But that's OK! And the guy (Tony)

Says come on we will take your money and I am like really? REALLY? I love this guy's! We went right back to the jackets and he picked out the perfect one for me and it fits perfectly to! I love it! Then I had all of these gift cards $500 worth and it was a Tony and Tony tag team and they took great care of me! And I have $75 dollars left! So cool!

My husband and I are from Montana and we were in Kingman over Labor Day weekend- I really wanted to get to your store, but we didn't make it. I placed an online order when we got home and Michelle called to let me know that you were out of the size of the woman's shirt I ordered. She suggested another shirt and even texted me what it looked like. I received my order of a ball cap, a men's shirt and woman's shirt today and I couldn't be more happy!! Thank you so much for going above & beyond, and next time we are in Kingman we are definitely stopping at Mother Road Harley!!

My boyfriend and I went into Mother Road Harley Davidson yesterday at about 4:15. Right away my boyfriend found a Harley he wanted. With GREAT customer service from Kyle and the other guy's, they made the deal happen. During the time they were working the deal, Cricket assisted me in looking at all the fabulous jwelery. You guys are great. A few years ago came through and one of the female riders with us had loose shifter lever. You got her fixed right away. Today I had my 2001 King towed in. You got on my bike right away. I was praying only a battery issue but needed battery, stator and clutch. You have it all ready to go together in morning. Sadly only clutch available was in Vegas but you helped find it and my bro went to get it. See you in morning and thanks so much for your help and service.

No star...Where the rubber meets the road, I would give them a score of no more than a zero for incompetence. I came there traveling out of Austin Tx and had a 6 month old battery that failed. They wanted to give me 10% instead of the warranty. The purchase date was on the battery. Probably if you're looking for a t-shirt at a boutique then this is the place to go.

Great staff you don't feel pushed or rushed to make anything happen in the next 10 minutes like most dealers. We came in after a few bad experiences in other dealerships that made us not really want to continue looking for a new bike. We were made to feel at ease and even without us explaining what happened the staff made us feel as if we had been regulars in their shop for the last 10 years. We did get a new bike and it took a few attempts to get just what we wanted and again never any disconcern or any sign of frustration from any of the staff. All of our questions were taken and answered with great details that showed the staff really cared we were never just a number to anyone. Thanks to everyone there for all of your help and time the feeling of belonging in a new store was awesome.

I don't know what changes you made since last year ,but whatever it was ,it's working . I came in this time the gal greeted me smiling and very nice. younger gal ( long curly red hair) didn't see her name. She pointing me in the direction I need to go (shirts ) as I got back there another gal with lsuper long hair (shar) greeted me and helped me without making me feel pressured to buy anything. She talked to me after I made my purchase which meant she wasn't just looking for a sale . Now last year the gal was very pushy and hurried me through the sale and quickly walked away she was a older gal with short hair .just glad you changed things around better shopping experience.

Hi I was there during bike week and on saturday at 4pm my clutch went out and your service department went beyond and help me get back on the road in a hour and a half and helped me with my exstended warrenty got it covered for the $50.00 deductable and my bike is running very good now and thanks to the service guys and the repair guy my wife and I bought shoes and shirts and we will stop bye the next time we are in your town and all my freinds where very happy that could ride with them for the rest of our trip

in this day and age we all hear complaints & I think when a compliment is deserved we are too busy to take the time to reach out . My husband & I were in AZ 4th of July week and when he has his mind set on making a purchase he does it, well he was looking for a Polaris and we stay in Bullhead City needless to say a deal would not be negotiated not even a budge . So I saw his fustration and went online and found what he was looking for in your store . Now when we first got there I have to tell you about the young man who helped us "Tyler Millar" not pushy at all very polite and showed a genuine interest in helping customers . EVERYONE in the store was nice & friendly not like the other place , we felt like we belonged ! Thank you for the great service. My wife and I were on our way to the River Run and had bike issues. Arriving at Mother Road Harley at 4:30 p.m., I didn't think I would be able to get service. Dave checked some things and found I needed two new tires. Dave and Clark both stayed late to install the tires and get me back on the road. I will travel the three hours to give Mother Road my business from now on...Thanks!!!

After moving to LHC in Nov 12 I have had the privilege of dealing with an outstanding service dept. 2 times I dealt with Mr. Hartley and this last time with Carl, (via phone), & Mr. Lenzer. Each time it seems like the service gets better! Very bizarre @ a dealership these days for sure. The service dept goes the extra mile & it shows & is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is the example of what the service experience should be like. After quick call in the morning,the following day I was able to ride up and drop my bike off to get squeezed into the schedule. I was informed it could take up to a week, but two days later my bike was ready to go. Coming from a shop in ND that took 4 months to get a clutch cable ordered and in this is truly awesome! Thanks.

Not long into our long awaited retirement ride of a life time we developed a oil leak in our 1989 FLHTC.....we were traveling from California back home to Maine.....we arrived at the shop late in the afternoon and met Carl......he assured us we would be back on the road the next day.....he recommended a motel and resturant for us , both were great......we were back on the road the next day, thanks to Carl going above and beyond.....we arrived back in Maine not having any other problems, thanks to Carl........and everyone we talk with we share our experience with Mother Road HD.......Thank you

My boyfriend and I went in just to look t dirtbikes and ended up buying one that same day. We had the greatest time, everyone was very nice and helpful and went out of their way to help us. We even got a call from the salesman a few days later to see how we liked the bike we bought.

Thanks to all at the Kingman dealership, we were on a 2000 mile bike ride from Grand Junction Colorado to Laguna Beach California and back through the Grand Canyon, after being turned away at the Irvine Ca dealership we stopped in Kingman just days away from the Laughlin run and they were able to get the 1K first service done on the Girlfriends new birthday present bike. A Great experience for my first bike. Staff took their time and educated me on selecting the right bike for me (fit). What I thought I wanted was way off course and the team here worked with me until I found the perfect fit for me. Thanks to the Mother Road team for taking the time and not just "selling" me a bike. While on an extended road trip I needed a replacement rear tire; I dropped in unannounced and these folks were more than helpfull; they replaced both tires (at my request) in a very timely manor and with a very friendly and helpfull attitude. Everyone at the facility was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Thank you for your great support. It is places like this that make it a pleasure to travel on long motorcycle trips.

On April 21 on my way to the loughlin River Run, the right brake caliper mount on on my 2010 Ualtra Limited broke causing the caliper to brake lose. After securing the the caliper Icontiued on to loughlin (about 100 miles), after getting to my hotel I called Mother Road HD service dept (David)and told him of my plight. He advised me to haved towed in and they would check it out. THe next morning I got the bike towed in (about 8:30 AM) and they got right on it,after checking things out David informed me that they would take a lower fork off another bike to get me going, about 15 min. later david advices me they have a new lower fork in stock so the job will be even faster. By 1 PM David and the service techs had me on the road and headed back to Run. Great Job. Regards, Lennie

On June 4th near Williams I developed a leak in the front tire of my Goldwing as I was returning to California from Washington, DC, as part of the Run For The Wall. The local independent shop owner in Williams recommended your facility and called to confirm that you had a replacement tire. Due to a dispatching problem by my insurance company my bike was not transported to Kingman until about 9PM. The following morning I was at your place when it opened and thanks to Paul, Dawnia and eventually Robert Lemon, I was heading back to California by 10:30. I appreciate their attitude, their professionalism and how they jumped right on my problem to resolve it promptly. The follow-up call by Paul a few days later was the icing on the cake. Great customer service!

Totally impressed by everyone at Mother Road HD!! On cross country trip from Florida to California we broke down on a Sunday evening outside of Kingman. Tony Campbell (General Manager) came out at 8:30PM to open up so Mother Road could begin diagnosing the problem first thing Monday morning. Brian expertly and quickly checked our motor and found we needed to have some extensive work done. Brian did a fantastic job and the rest of our trip went off with a hitch. Throughout the process, Paul Johnson in Service kept us advised of progress and Donya made sure all the parts arrived on time. The motorclothes staff was awesome as well. Tony has put together one heck of a great team! We have visited HD dealers across the country. Which one is the best? Well Mother Road, of course!! Thanks gang! This is my second Harley Davidson Motorcycle I have purchased from Mother Road this year. This used (yellow) 2000 Heritage softail classic was for my wife. I can not say enough good things about Mark Girvin in sales and Shirlene McQuiddy the business manager. Mark went out of his way to answer all my wife's questions, and get us the best price on her trade in. His knowledge of the motorcycle and his help with the purchase was wonderful. Reagan (salesman) is the best at really understand likes and dislikes concerning my purchase of a 2007 Soft Tail Custom. I started out by looking at a Dyna and as soon as I said I might be interested in a different bike, Reagans comment was the softail. I understand the rating only goes to five stars and from my experience I would give a 10 star rating! I am a professional and was treated in a professional manner. There is no pressure sales tactics are wonderful and help with accessories uncompromised. This is my 2nd Harley 72 XLCH and from my view this was the best experience in many years and look forward to dealing with Mothers in the future. Don
